2026 CLARE TOWN HALL ART FAIR

ARTIST REGISTRATION

Information

· Panel ( 3m x 1.2m ) $60 for 3-day Art Fair.

· Equivalent space by negotiation for sculpture and other mediums. · Register by 7th May via email info@artscollective.com.au or in person at the Clare Art House, 8 Mill Street, Clare.

· Hanging from12pm – 6pm Thursday 14th May, 7 am – 9am Friday 15th May.

· Art Fair will be open to the public from 10am to 4pm Friday, Saturday, Sunday.

· Collection of sold work and packing of unsold work 4 – 6 pm Sunday 17th, 8am – 12 noon Monday 18th May.

· Artists are encouraged to be in residence to demonstrate and speak to visitors about their work.

Brief description of work intended to hang

TERMS AND CONDITIONS.

1. Delivery, hanging and collection of work is the responsibility of the artist. Volunteers will be available to assist.

2. All work must be clearly numbered (a panel number will be allocated), labelled and priced.

3. All work must be well presented and ready to hang/sell.

4. All work must be original.

5. While all care will be taken, ACCV accept no responsibility for damaged or lost work.

6. All sales will be managed by ACCV and artist payments will be made within 14 days. No commission will be charged. A transaction fee may apply.

7. Sales will be red dot, to be collected by the buyer at the end of the fair, however if the customer is unable to return, we will allow cash and carry, and the artist will be contacted. If you prefer this NOT to be the case and you are prepared to arrange delivery, please advise us.

8. Artists can share a panel with friends however ACCV will only make one payment per panel to a nominated account.
